High current chokes provide large inductance and high current with little rise in temperature. They have diverse application including noise suppression of DC circuit for switching regulator, to filter noise emitting from ultrasonic equipment, to eliminate contact noise, to minimize noise emission f rom inverters etc.Magnetically compensated high current chokes have ideal applications in frequency converters, stepper motor drives, UPS systems and inverters. High current filter chokes feature printed circuit board mounting terminations and tin-plated leads. They widely used as noise filter for switching regulators, power amplifiers, power supplies and SCR or triac-controlled-circuits. They are available in different standard induction values ranging from minimum to more than 1,000 uh and with spectrum incremental current ratings. They also available in wide range of inductance values with high current ratings and low resistance levels, designed for wide applications like switching power supplies and other power applications.
