Terracotta is an Italian word that literally means cooked earth and the material is hard red earthenware. Terracotta is used for making earthen handicrafts and pots etc. In the rural and tribal societies the earthen ornaments like necklaces, bracelets, pendants, and chokers were quite commonly used.
Today the terracotta jewelry makes exotic dressing style when worn with the traditional nomadic or tribal dresses.
