These are safety devices for smooth and risk-free operation of electrical appliances. They range from circuit breakers to high voltage relays. Circuit breakers are mechanical switching devices capable of breaking currents under specified abnormal circuit conditions. Fuses protect electrical devices  and components from over-currents and short circuits that occur in improperly operating circuits. The light curtain controller contains the user controls, supporting logic, status and diagnostic indicators, power supply, and output relays. Safety relays and control modules have wide applications in high current and high AC and DC voltage ratings. Protective relays and monitoring relays detect or monitor for abnormal power system conditions. They detect defective lines and apparatus, or other power system conditions of an abnormal or dangerous nature and initiate appropriate control circuit actions. Over-voltage relays trip when a voltage rises above the required point. Level transmitters are used to proportionate the electrical output to level input.
